Redefining limits in Judo
I started Judo at the ripe age of 65. I feel alive and accomplished after every class knowing that I did what I could in spite of my fears! I get energised by the positive energy of the people in SJC, making the class so lively!

Finding a community in Singapore
SJC is an open dojo that welcomes people of different cultures and nationalities. The training, warm community and gatherings kept me going for training in the past 5 years. Being at SJC allows me to exchange knowledge and learn from other Judokas.
Zidane
The passionate junior Judoka
I started Judo when I was 9 years old and have been training every week for the past 3 years. I like sparring with different people and experiencing different throws. Every fight is a surprise! I can make new friends, learn different skills, exercise and play all at once in Judo!
Han Boon
SEA Games Judo Gold Medalist
The warm community at SJC keeps me coming back for training the past 4 years. One of my fondest memories at SJC was going for team competitions- The feeling of winning as a team beats the feeling of winning individually.

Forge stronger family bond through Judo
We chose to take up Judo as a family because the SJC community has a big and vibrant community of instructors and students. We look forward to having fun and bonding as a family and with the peers at Judo every Sunday.
