Our Classes

Thank you for your interest and patience with the Singapore Judo Club. Some of our classes may be at max capacity. We therefore appreciate your kind understanding if you do not manage to secure a slot this time round. We will endeavour to reach out if more slots are made available.

Kids Beginner

Kids 5 - 12 years old

White Belt or No Experience

Sunday

Beginner Kids Judo
Every Sunday (except Public Holidays)

Time: 10am to 11am
Fees: $120 for 3 months (Please pay only after free trial class - only quarterly payment accepted)
Venue: Kim Seng CC, Level 1 Hall 

Kids Beginner Class average waiting time - 16 months+

Kids Advance Judo 
Every Sunday (except Public Holidays)

Time: 10am to 11am
Fees: $120 for 3 months (Please pay only after free trial
class - only quarterly payment accepted)

Adults Beginner

White Belt or No Experience

Our adult beginners program involves 1 class per week. There are 2 timing to choose from. Do note that students are not allowed to cross train or change class days once registered.

Tuesday

Beginner Adults Judo

(Class discontinued until further notice)
Every Tuesday (except Public Holidays)
Time: 730pm to 9pm
Fees: $120 for 3 months (Please pay only after free trial class - only quarterly payment accepted)

Beginner Adults Judo
Every Sunday (except Public Holidays)
Time: 1130am to 1pm
Fees: $160 for 4 months (Please pay only after free trial class - only quadrimester payment accepted)

Yellow Tip, Yellow Belt, Orange Belt, Green Belt

Our intermediate program involves 2 classes per week.

Time: Tuesday 730pm to 9pm, Sunday 1pm-230pm

Adults Advance

Orange Belt and Above

Our advance program involves 2 classes per week.

Thursday & Sunday

Advance Adults Judo 
Every Thursday and Sunday (except Public Holidays)
Time: Thursday 730pm to 9pm, Sunday 1130am-1pm
Fees: $120 for 3 months (Please pay only after free trial class - only quarterly payment accepted)

  • How do I book the judo trial class?
    Click on the yellow button below each class to fill up the registration form for your respective trial classes.
  • The classes that I want to train in are full, when will they open?
    Some of the classes are full due to overwhelming demand and space constraints. We will open up more slots to the respective classes in the future if there are any. Fill up our waitlist form, you will be notified once more slots are available.
  • I have registered filled up a form in ClubWorx, what's next?
    You will receive an email containing a link and pin for you to book your respective classes.
  • What’s the recommended starting age for kids class?
    We only accept kids between 5 and 12 years old.
  • What are the class timings?
    1. Kids Beginners: Sunday, 10am to 11am (L1 Hall) 2. Kids Intermediate to Advance: Sunday, 10am to 1130am (L2 Dojo) 3. Adults Beginners (Group A): Tuesday, 730pm to 9pm (L1 Hall) 4. Adults Beginners (Group B): Sunday, 1130am to 1pm (L1 Hall) 5. Adults Intermediate: Tuesday 730pm to 9pm & Sunday 1pm to 230pm (L2 Dojo) 6. Adults Advance: Thursday 730pm to 9pm & Sunday 1130am to 1pm (L2 Dojo)
  • Do I have to bring a GI to my first class?
    If you are a beginner, you do not have to buy a GI to your first class. However, if you have made up your mind on joining judo. we recommend Liang Seng or Decathlon.
  • What if I feel unwell?
    If you are feeling unwell on the day or have recovered from Covid for less than a week, you are not allowed to train.
  • I have some payment issues.
    For payment related matters please contact Kim Seng CC office directly.
  • What if I get injured and will not be practicing Judo for a few months, can I get a refund?
    You may get a refund from Kim Seng CC with the valid medical report(s). After you have recovered, please feel free to come back to Singapore Judo Club again.
  • I am here for a single lesson while travelling to Singapore, can I borrow a Judo Gi from the club?
    We advise that you bring your own Gi to training as we have limited Judo Gis available and could not guarantee there is a size that suits you. Also, we would appreciate it if you could bring it to wash and return it to us after the class.
